MoTak MSD-1DF-EC-HC Description
The MoTak MSD-1DF-EC-HC reach-in freezerhas an LED display that enables operators to easily set and monitor the interior temperature. Interior and exterior aluminum construction ensures the unit stands up to heavy use, and, since the interior is white, it is bright and provides a blank product background. In the cabinet, three adjustable, heavy-duty wire shelves hold product and are coated in epoxy for corrosion resistance.
Temperatures in the MoTak MSD-1DF-EC-HC reach-in freezer are maintained by the refrigeration system, which has a bottom-mounted condenser. This design means it does not suck in grease-laden vapors high in the air, though it is more susceptible to dirt and debris on the floor than top-mounted units. With a slide-out design, the condenser is accessible for cleaning and servicing.
