MoTak MHP-F-N-C-A Description
Made of aluminum, the MoTak MHP-F-N-C-A heated proofer and holding cabinet effectively transfers and absorbs heat. Its full-size design offers ample space for food preparation and can securely hold (27) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. These pans are meant to rest atop stable wire supports, while temperatures remain locked in with the help of one clear, polycarbonate door. To help prevent damage in the workplace, this unit’s corners are paired with bumpers. It features LED lighting for optimal visibility. It maintains mobility with four 5-inch swivel casters, and for heightened safety, two of these casters brake as needed.
The MoTak MHP-F-N-C-A heated unit is designed with a forced-air circulation system that works to ensure even heating and humidity dispersal throughout the holding cabinet. Because it offers a heating and proofing mode, this piece of equipment is adjustable and provides temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity settings between 30 and 50 percent. For consistent results, this mobile unit is paired with an LED thermometer, and also features a removable control drawer that facilitates cleaning.
