Equipex GL2-5000F Description
Equipped with touchscreen temperature and time controls, the Equipex GL2-5000F Adventys commercial induction cooktop cooks on two burners placed front to back. Each 2500-watt burner operates at 20 power levels with automatic pan detection, while the cooling fans provide internal airflow to ensure users can cook with the unit all day. For durability, this unit is protected in case it overheats, and other safety features include small article detection and an oil automatic ignition shut-off.
The Equipex GL2-5000F countertop induction cooktop is made of stainless steel with a 4-millimeter vitroceramic glass surface. Because of its controlled high temperatures and precise low temperatures, this cooktop can be used for a variety of applications such as making a stir fry or heating a sauce. To streamline cleaning, this unit includes a grease filter that is removable.
