The CookTek HTF-9500-FB25-1 Helios countertop induction cooktop features two burners in a front-to-back configuration. This design doesn’t need much installation space on the counter. The 4 3⁄10-inch touch controller displays the power percentage and temperature options which range from 85 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit for precise holding, warming, and cooking.
The cook top on this CookTek HTF-9500-FB25-1 countertop induction stove is glass and ceramic for conductivity, while the housing is made of stainless steel for durability. When placing a pan on the cook top, the microprocessor will detect it and prompt the unit to start; if the pan is removed or overheating is detected the unit will shut off. This induction-style cooking is more energy efficient than gas and traditional electric alternatives, safe to use, and precise.
