Hoshizaki F1A-HSL Description
The R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in the Hoshizaki F1A-HSL Steelhart one-section reach-in freezer maintains temperatures between -10 and 12 degrees Fahrenheit. Its ducted distribution system provides even cooling among the three epoxy-coated storage shelves. To cool efficiently, the cabinet and doors are insulated by foamed-in-place polyurethane, and they can be adjusted using a digital controller. This unit is made of stainless steel, so it can be wiped clean when common kitchen messes occur.
The Hoshizaki F1A-HSL reach-in freezer has an alarm that will alert bystanders if temperatures leave the desired range. Its evaporator coils are epoxy coated to resist corrosion, reducing maintenance costs. The left-hinged door self-closes to reduce energy use and has a stay-open feature for frequent user access. At the end of the night, the door can be locked to secure product.
