The MoTak MST-60-24-A sandwich/salad mega top refrigerator holds up to 24 sixth-size pans to organize ingredients across the prep rail while maintaining cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust internal conditions, and a full-length cutting board provides a dedicated surface for assembling sandwiches and salads. Two self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees to support loading and access, while the stainless steel interior includes two adjustable shelves for storing additional items.
