The MoTak MST-48-A sandwich/salad top refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit while organizing ingredients across its pan rail. Designed to hold 12 sixth-size pans, it keeps toppings accessible during food preparation, and the electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust internal conditions. A full-length cutting board provides workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads, while the two self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees. The stainless steel interior includes two shelves for storing additional items beneath the prep surface.
Constructed with stainless steel, the MoTak MST-48-A sandwich/salad refrigerator resists corrosion and supports demanding use. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent cooling performance. The unit is equipped with 4-inch swivel-plate casters to support repositioning.
