MoTak MPR-93-A Description
The MoTak MPR-93-A pizza prep table is configured with a 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit holding range to keep ingredients properly chilled during preparation. 12 third-size pans that are 4 inches deep are included across the top rail to organize toppings, while the electronic control system enables operators to monitor and adjust cabinet conditions. Three self-closing doors remain open past 90 degrees to support loading and access during prep tasks, and the aluminum interior is fitted with three shelves for storing backup ingredients below the workspace.
A stainless steel exterior equips the MoTak MPR-93-A pizza prep table for repeated use in kitchen environments while resisting corrosion. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent cooling performance. The unit is mounted on 4-inch swivel-plate casters with brakes to support positioning and stability. A factory-installed cord provides a connection to a standard electrical outlet.
