Wolf C36RB Description
The Wolf C36RB gas salamander broiler helps kitchens put the finishing touches on dishes before they're served to customers. By placing a plate on its chrome-covered grid, users can broil steaks, toast bread, and give dishes a caramelized crust. So foods can be placed at a distance from the burners, the grid can be adjusted to six different positions.
The Wolf C36RB gas salamander broiler has six burners that distribute heat through radiants, which are made of durable stainless steel. So it is resistant to corrosion and can be wiped clean, the front, top, and sides of the broiler are also made of stainless steel.
