FWE P-120 Description
The FWE P-120 120 heated tray transport cart controls the temperature and humidity inside its cabinets to keep stored meals fresh and moist. Its blower motor circulates air to ensure all parts of the interior maintain a uniform temperature, and users can set the thermostat from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Fiberglass insulation and heat-resistant door gaskets hold hot air inside the unit, reducing energy use.
The FWE P-120 120 heated meal delivery cart moves on 5-inch casters, two of which swivel and have brakes so users can secure the cabinet in place and prevent rolling. Because the casters have reinforcing plates, they can support the unit as it moves across uneven flooring or raised thresholds without bending or becoming loose. The stainless interior and exterior of the unit are smooth to facilitate cleaning and have coved corners that won’t trap bacteria or food residue.
