Traulsen UPT7230-LR Description
The Traulsen UPT7230-LR Dealer’s Choice refrigerated prep table has a stainless steel construction, providing a sturdy station that will hold up for an extended period of time and can be wiped down quickly at shift’s end. Its cutouts hold sixth-size pans beneath a removable insulated cover to keep them cold. Employees can prepare sandwiches or salads on the full-length nylon cutting board along the front, and this board is reversible to double its lifespan. Made of anodized aluminum, the table’s interior resists corrosion and features a unit thermometer for checking the temperature. A total of four adjustable shelves provide a space for extra toppings or condiments to chill below the tabletop. The refrigeration system is rear mounted and self-contained, keeping it out of the way.
