The Fermod 5R47B83 Fermostock® starter shelving unit is designed for high-volume storage in commercial and industrial environments. With five louvered shelves, this unit provides enhanced airflow to maintain food safety and reduce moisture buildup. While each shelf can support 800 pounds, the unit as whole shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 total pounds. Built of 20-micron deep anodized aluminum, this unit is resistant to rust and corrosion, and its removable polymer shelf inserts are dishwasher safe up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit for easy cleaning. Assembly is tool-free using conical anodized aluminum clips, and the adjustable composite feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces. With an operating temperature range of -40 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, this shelving unit is suitable for dry storage and cold storage applications.
