Vollrath VBBE4-37-S Description
Durable for heavy-duty use, the Vollrath VBBE4-37-S pre-mix refrigerated dispenser's spigots and unibody cabinet are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The gravity-feed spigots operate without mechanical assistance, and ABS plastic drip trays are built underneath them to capture spills. Because it uses a stirring paddle circulation method, this unit is great for serving natural fruit juices, tea, and coffee. The circulation feature can be shut off with the bowls' individual rocker switches during slow periods of operation.
The Vollrath VBBE4-37-S refrigerated beverage server can be used to serve four different product types in its four 5.28-gallon bowls. They each include individual temperature controls that can be adjusted from 35 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit depending on need. The unit cools with R134a refrigerant—a natural choice that's safer for the environment than many other types. The bowls are made of food-grade polycarbonate to promote interior visibility of products being served.
