Vollrath VBBC3-37-A Description
The Vollrath VBBC3-37-A refrigerated beverage dispenser’s three-bowl configuration is clear to merchandise three beverages. Each bowl has a 2.1-gallon capacity, is made of food-grade polycarbonate, and is equipped with a thermostat and rocker control. The refrigeration system uses R134a refrigerant to produce temperatures between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust each bowl’s thermostat to accommodate specific beverage requirements. A magnetic-drive agitator circulates product for consistent results and works well with foamy drinks, such as coffee and juices.
The Vollrath VBBC3-37-A pre-mix refrigerated beverage dispenser measures 14 1⁄2 inches wide by 15 11⁄16 inches deep by 24 5⁄8 inches high and has a strong, corrosion-resistant stainless steel unibody that withstands daily use. Its spigots are gravity fed, so they don’t require additional assistance from electrical or mechanical features. Beneath the spigots, an ABS plastic tray catches drips and spills, and after use, the bowls and dispensing handles can be removed quickly.
