Ice-O-Matic CIM0520HW90 Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0520HW90 half-cube ice machine head is part of the Elevation Series™. This water-cooled piece of equipment is optimal for establishments with a self-contained water system, and its condenser is enclosed within the unit. The machine pumps cool water through its condenser coils, which require a consistent source of cool, potable water. Operations that invest in this unit should have a water-circulating chiller system that users can tie the machine into.
Because the condenser is self-contained, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0520HW90 modular cube ice maker doesn't require additional coolant lines. This piece of equipment measures 22.25 inches wide by 24.25 inches deep by 21.25 inches high. In 24 hours, it can produce 550 pounds of ice. The machine is equipped with PURE ICE® protection to inhibit the spread of bacteria.
