Cambro UPC400401 Description
The Cambro UPC400401 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® insulated food server is made of heavy-duty polyethylene and insulated with polyurethane foam to hold temperatures for hours. The slate blue material will not dent, chip, break, and rust. It has a vent on the front that pops out to release steam, preventing sogginess. It can hold six 2 1⁄2-inch-deep, full-size pans. The Cambro UPC400401 insulated food carrier has a door that swings open 270 degrees for complete access to contents. It has a removable gasket that creates an airtight seal to retain temperatures. A 9-inch nylon latch secures the door and helps prevent air from escaping.
