Cambro UPC400157 Description
Resistant to breaks, dents, and scratches, the Cambro UPC400157 Camcarrier® Ultra Pan Carrier® food carrier is constructed of one-piece polyethylene, and it has a six-pan capacity that can hold different configurations of third-size, half-size, and full-size pans. It is insulated with polyurethane foam, enabling it to store hot and cold food for longer than 4 hours. To maintain high heat levels, a Camwarmer™ is included, and best results are achieved by loading pans that have cooled between 180 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. A pop-up vent reduces steam and prevents food from getting soggy.
