The Cambro CPU213684V5PKG commercial shelving kit has a temperature threshold of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit—this gives it the ability to serve in cold storage capacities or withstand a hot water rinse-down. The posts and traverses are reinforced with steel cores to help strengthen the shelving unit and extend its service life. Its neutral gray matches well with a variety of restaurant kitchen design patterns.
