Beverage-Air DP93HC Description
The three sections of the Beverage-Air DP93HC pizza prep table have a total of six wire shelves to hold product safely while it isn't being used. When it's time to assemble a pizza, ingredients can be kept in four full-size food pans on the worktop, which has a refrigerated pan rail to keep them cold and sanitary. Its full-length, 19-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board is useful for slicing fresh vegetables and meats before putting them on a pizza, and the top is aluminum lined so juices won't seep into the cabinet underneath. For resilience, the top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel.
Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Beverage-Air DP93HC prep table refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system that's mounted on the side for access when maintenance is needed. Its evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion, and it defrosts automatically to reduce ice buildup in the cabinet and around the doors. The doors stay open at 120 degrees while users load and unload the cabinet, and they seal shut with magnetic gaskets to retain chill. This unit maintains a temperature of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
