Beverage-Air DP67HC Description
The Beverage-Air DP67HC prep table cooler has a durable stainless steel worktop with a 19-inch polyethylene cutting board to chop ingredients and add them to pizza dough. Its pan rail is refrigerated to keep ingredients cold while waiting for assembly, and the base is refrigerated to store product for later use. Designed with a temperature range from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit uses an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and if maintenance is needed, the refrigeration system is mounted on the side for access.
Equipped with plenty of room for ingredients, the top of the Beverage-Air DP67HC pizza prep table accommodates three full-size food pans, while the two bottom sections have four shelves. The shelves and the unit's evaporator coil are coated in epoxy to help them resist corrosion when they get wet. Because of the 120-degree stay-open feature, the doors won't slam on employees while they are grabbing ingredients. The doors are sealed tight with magnetic gaskets so cold air doesn't leave the cabinet and reduce the temperature.
