The Hatco HWBI-5 drop-in hot food well accommodates five full-size pans in a modular, ganged configuration designed for buffet lines and steam table service. Its insulated, top-mounted design helps retain internal heat while reducing transfer to surrounding surfaces. Convertible wet or dry operation supports a range of menu items, and individual thermostatic controls with a remote panel enable precise temperature adjustments.
