Hatco C-5 Description
Featuring a low-water cut-off and a high-temperature limit control, the Hatco C-5 compact booster water heater operates safely and prevents element burnout. This powder-coated hammertone unit includes a limestone-resistant, Castone®-lined tank and a stainless steel front panel that swings open for access to probes. To prevent heat loss, the booster tank is completely insulated with fiberglass, and for efficient sanitation, it is designed to boost water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Hatco C-5 compact booster water heater can be monitored with two temperature gauges and a calibrated immersion thermostat. For simplicity, its pressure relief valve and pressure reducing valve operate automatically, ensuring safe levels. The pilot indicator light alerts users when this unit is not operating at its full potential. Equipped with 6-inch plastic legs, this booster can operate as a standalone model, but slide mounting brackets are also available.
