When frozen for 8 hours, the Carlisle CM110003 Coldmaster® food pan's internal refrigerant gel fully recharges, meaning it will keep products it stores at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 8 hours. Made of ABS plastic, the pan resists damage when it is dropped and can be put through the dishwasher after service.
