Carlisle CM110002 Description
The Carlisle CM110002 Coldmaster® full-sized chilled food pan is great for salad bars or cold ingredient storage in the back of the house. When its refrigerant gel is fully cooled, the pan keeps foods in the safe zone for as long as 8 hours. To resist impact damage, the pan is made of white ABS plastic and safe for use in the dishwasher.
