Jade Range JHPE-2-218 Description
With a two-level design, the Jade JHPE-2-218 step-up hot plate is equipped with four burners. Measuring 18 inches wide, two burners are located at the front and two are integrated at the rear to enable users to cook and boil products simultaneously. Each burner has an open design and is controlled by correlating infinite manual controls. Each burner is also furnished with a stainless steel pilot that is accessible for lighting.
The Jade JHPE-2-218 hot plate’s front, plate shelf, sides, and front of elevated rear burner housing have a stainless steel construction to withstand high-volume use in bustling kitchen environments. With its step-up design, users have a more organized workstation. A high-capacity drip tray collects leftover grease, fat, and food particles, and this tray can be dumped and cleaned to maintain a sanitary workspace. Supported by legs welded into the frame, it can be safely stored on the counter. Overall, it measures 18 inches wide by 29.75 inches deep by 15 inches high.
