Waring WFP14S Description

Built for large-volume processing, the Waring WFP14S food processor features a vertical chute with an extra-large feed hopper. This hopper is designed to accommodate fruits and vegetables that haven't been chopped to reduce food prep tasks. A high-performance motor powers the unit's serrated, sealed S-blade to push through frozen or thick contents with ease. This blade can be paired with various discs, such as the grating disc, slicing disc, whipping disc, or reversible shredding disc—all included—to achieve specific results.

Users can monitor whipping, emulsifying, and chopping through the Waring WFP14S food processor's high-impact, transparent polycarbonate bowl. This sealed, 3.5-quart bowl features a LiquiLock™ Seal System that prevents leaks when operators create marinades, sauces, and soups; when pouring contents from the bowl, this system locks the "S" blade in place. To save countertop space, this unit measures 7.25 inches wide by 11.50 inches deep by 16 inches high.

  • Great so far.

By Lsgc on April 22, 2021

"We have had this for about two weeks now. So far, it's wonderful. The bowl is big enough to do four potatoes worth of papitas at a time, so doing a dozen potatoes only takes about ten minutes, compared to twice that time by hand on a mandolin. The adjustable slicing blade didn't go as thick as the mandolin, but our customers have raved about the slightly thinner papitas because they get crisper when fried. Making crumbs for cheesecake crust was a breeze, and again, the bowl was big enough to do a whole batch at once instead of having to do it in parts as with our old one. I haven't tried shredding carrots yet, but we move a lot of carrot cake, so that's probably next. And, it's QUIET. Amazing. The only question now is how it will hold up over time. It seems really sturdy, so we'll see."
