"I use this crêpe maker for my food truck business. It has strong temp recovery time, Cooks and heats evenly and heats up in relatively quick time. Plus it cleans up really well. If I could change just one thing on it, it would be the handle that goes around the outside of it. I wish it was rounded instead of being flat it's somewhat sharp at times when cleaning. Great value. We have tried others that were lower priced and they do not even compare."
