In an hour, the Curtis GEM-120A-10 Gemini® satellite coffee brewer creates a maximum of 4.5 gallons of coffee. Its controls are simple, consisting of an indicator light, batch selector switch, and color-coded switches for power, brew, and warm. Once the indicator light illuminates, the machine is ready to brew a 12-cup or 24-cup batch. It dispenses directly into the included satellite server, preserving coffee flavor and aroma.
That server holds 36 cups of coffee and its insulated construction maintains serving temperatures. Because it has a locking lid and does not require any connection to the brewer, the server can be placed at a remote serving station or wherever hot coffee is needed. For high-volume use, this Curtis GEM-120A-10 coffee brewer is made of durable stainless steel and has a 2.2-gallon auto-refill water tank.
