MoTak FF70LP Description
The MoTak FF50LP fryer unit measures 21 inches wide, 34 inches deep, 46 7⁄10 inches high, and has five burners, making it ideal for locations with limited space. The frying vat has a cool zone which keeps food tasing as it should and keeps the oil fresh for longer compared to other model types. The full unit sits of four adjustable 6-inch legs.
Ideal for preparing specialty foods such as cheese curds and fried vegetables, the MoTak FF50LP gas fryer has an oil capacity of 70 pounds. The fry tank, as well as other external components such as the access door and front panel, is made of stainless steel. Inside the cabinet is the millivolt control knob which enables operator to adjust the oil temperature anywhere from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
