Ecoline by Hobart ECO13 Description
Featuring a 13-inch-diameter blade, the Ecoline by Hobart ECO13 manual slicer can cut meat and cheese to a maximum thickness of 7 1⁄2 inches. The blade is made of 304L stainless steel and Stellite alloy. Intuitive controls for power and thickness settings operate the unit, while the meat grip, ring guard cover, and stone sharpener are removable for ease of cleaning. The sharpener is made of ceramic and is mounted atop the unit to sharpen the blade as it spins, helping ensure a razor-sharp slice every time.
