Cadco XAF-183 Description
Constructed with a Dura-Body stainless steel frame, the Cadco XAF-183 countertop electric convection oven holds three full-size sheet pans across three shelves for batch cooking. Its 31 1⁄2-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep by 19 7⁄8-inch-high structure integrates an electro valve that regulates incoming water flow. Operating between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the manual controls pair with a 60-minute timer or continuous-on setting to avoid overcooking. Framed in black, the double-wall, cool-touch glass door retains heat and prevents accidental burns, while an LED light improves visibility inside the cabinet.
