To improve the efficiency of the KitchenAid KHM512ER 5-speed and mixer, it features stainless steel beaters that reduce batter buildup with the absence of a center post. The beaters also streamline cleanup because they're removable and dishwasher safe. To accommodate both right- and left-handed operators, the swivel cord can lock to either side, enabling users to approach ingredients from any angle. It comes in empire red to add a pop of color and match other empire red KitchenAid units.
