The John Boos UFBLG3630 economy work table provides a stainless steel work surface for prep tasks, featuring a 36-inch-wide by 30-inch-deep top reinforced with a channel that runs the full length of the unit. Its 18-gauge, type 430 stainless steel top includes a 1 1⁄2-inch rear upturn to help contain spills and splashes, while the front Stallion Safety Edge is formed to create a smooth working surface. A sound-deadened design reduces noise during use, and the sides are bent down at a 90-degree angle to support alignment with adjacent tables.
To facilitate storing supplies and equipment, the John Boos UFBLG3630 work table is supported by a galvanized base with tubular legs and an adjustable undershelf. Adjustable plastic bullet feet help stabilize the unit on uneven flooring, and the table ships knocked down for assembly on-site. The galvanized components and welded construction support repeated use in prep areas and commercial kitchens.
