The Krowne 30-325 positions a protective barrier along the fryer wall to help limit contact with hot oil during cooking, forming a coverage area suited for busy kitchen environments. Its 20 1⁄2-inch depth and 18-inch height establish a broad shield that fits most fryer models, while the universal design supports mounting on either the left or right side. Constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel, the guard is built for fryers with a 1-inch wall thickness and can be detached when cleaning or adjusting station layout is required.
