Migali C-F40-LP Description

Great for breaded food that leaves behind a lot of crumbs, the Migali C-F40-LP gas fryer has a tube-type burner system with a cold zone underneath the burners. In the cold zone, sediment can settle at lower temperatures with a low risk of burning that could change oil quality. Made of stainless steel, the frypot is durable, but it may still be harder to clean than an open design. Wire mesh fry baskets with plastic-coated handles are included.

The temperature in this Migali C-F40-LP commercial fryer is adjustable between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit and can be set on the electromechanical thermostat. If the temperature reaches 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit shuts off to protect the components and ensure operation is safe. A flue deflector on the back sends excess heat to the hood above so less pours into the kitchen.

Not a chance ever again.

I had Migali fryers and some refrigeration equipment. When they failed, as all of it did within approximately the first year, the customer service was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in twelve years of restaurant management. Getting to technical, the parts department and having parts shipped out? Forget it. Sadly, both of my repair companies told me to give it up, that their experiences with this company were atrocious. Within sixteen months, I had all of my Migali equipment in the dumpster. Seriously, I threw it all out.
