Because it's a quick-ship unit, its designed with pre-engineered dimensions and requires field setup. To facilitate installation, it comes with a shop drawing, detailed installation instructions, a hex wrench for assembling the cam-lock panel, and PVC press fit caps.
Its wall, ceiling, and floor panels are comprised of rigid, 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 foam insulation, which creates a sturdy structure and retains generated temperatures. Operators can attach the panels with the cam-action locking system and compression gaskets. While the wall and ceiling panel interiors and exteriors are laminated with corrosion-resistant, stucco-embossed 26-gauge Acrylume® coating, the floor panels feature a smooth aluminum finish. This remote, air-cooled system is built with microchannel condenser coils that reduce refrigerant consumption. So operators can access key interior components to perform maintenance, it features a removed, hinged E-box door. This 24 63⁄100-inch-wide by 28 1⁄4-inch-deep by 19 3⁄4-inch-tall unit is made of painted steel for corrosion-resistant durability, and for enhanced efficiency, it shouldn't be placed in ambient settings hotter than 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
