Built with a vinyl screed base, the Amerikooler QC101277**NBSC-O floorless outdoor walk-in cooler fastens over an existing slab to inhibit air exchange at ground level. The 4-inch-thick polystyrene insulation defends against thermal fluctuation for reliable 35-degree-Fahrenheit chilling, while 26-gauge stucco-embossed Acrylume construction absorbs collisions to reduce panel shifting. Powered by R448A refrigerant, a self-contained, top-mounted system links to a digital thermometer and places refrigeration components above the LED-lit cabinet to extend available space.
The Amerikooler QC101277**NBSC-O cooler incorporates a self-closing door with a keyed deadbolt handle to restrict overnight access, while its cam-lift, spring-assisted hinges and closer preserve consistent panel arrangement. Measuring 11 feet 9 1⁄4 inches long by 9 feet 9 3⁄4 inches wide by 7 feet 7 inches high, it delivers ample storage area for high-volume operations. Perimeter angles, a rain roof, and a hood split water flow to keep it from settling in the seams.
