The Amerikooler QC080877**NBSC indoor walk-in cooler is an 8-foot by 8-foot unit designed with a top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-448A refrigerant to maintain an internal temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit for perishable products. A digital LED thermometer with pilot light switch provides an accessible temperature readout, while a prewired LED light fixture brightens the interior for improved visibility. Its flush self-closing door features a keyed deadbolt handle to help manage access during daily use.
For indoor installation on a leveled surface, the Amerikooler QC080877**NBSC walk-in cooler utilizes a vinyl screed base for floorless placement, while 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation helps stabilize internal temperatures. The interior and exterior panels are constructed of 26-gauge stucco-embossed Acrylume® to resist corrosion, and cam-action locking mechanisms combined with compression gaskets create tight, secure panel connections. Cam-lift, spring-assisted hinges paired with a door closer support smooth, controlled door operation.
