Skyfood FE-10-N Description
The Skyfood FE-10-N countertop electric fryer has a narrow, worktop-friendly footprint for smaller locations such as mall kiosks or outdoor food stands. Its 10-pound-capacity frypot can cook many fried foods including french fries, corn dogs, chicken fingers, and cheese sticks. This unit includes a matching basket with insulated handle that doesn't transfer heat to the operator's hands when lifting and dumping the basket.
This Skyfood FE-10-N electric countertop fryer can be disassembled quickly for cleaning or to change the cooking oil. Its fry basket, oil well, control panel, and housing all can be removed to enable thorough cleaning. It heats quickly, reaching its maximum cook temperature in 6 minutes so users can prepare orders with minimal wait. The included stainless steel cover fits snugly onto the frypot, protecting the cooking oil when the unit is inactive.
