Shun DMS0899 Description
The Shun DMS0899 Classic eight-piece student set includes six essential knives: 3 1⁄2-inch paring knife, 6-inch utility knife, 8-inch chef’s knife, 9-inch bread knife, 9-inch hollow-ground slicing knife, and a 6-inch boning/fillet knife. Each blade features a VG-MAX cutting core and Damascus-clad stainless steel for excellent edge retention. A honing steel is included for maintaining blade sharpness, and all items store neatly in the included eight-slot Shun knife roll.
