The Panasonic NE-2180 PRO2 Sonic Steamer microwave oven has a memory that can accommodate 16 customizable programs. Its interior oven light can be changed by the user, and the center shelf is removable. A digital display provides users with control over the volume, as well as the dial timer functions. For interior visibility, the door drops down and is see through. It is equipped with four heating elements and is ideal for heavy-volume steaming and microwave applications in restaurants and banquets.
This microwave oven holds two 4-inch-tall, full-size steam pans with covers. It has a large oven capacity of 1.6 cubic feet, eight programmable memory pads, and a cabinet and oven cavity constructed of stainless steel. Five power levels, self-diagnostics, and three-stage cooking all facilitate operation.
Air filters in the Panasonic NE-2180 Sonic Steamer microwave oven can be cleaned up quickly. The connectionless steamer is part of the pressureless steamer family, which is also known as convection or atmospheric steamers. Forced convection transfers heat from steam to food through turbulence that reduces the insulating barrier of condensation. It concentrates and accelerates the steam, eliminating nearly all the air from the cooking compartment.
