Exactly what I was wanting!
I have been researching for the best potato ricer. As it turns out, this food mill is what I needed for my potatoes AND tomatoes AND making applesauce or pureeing any cooked veggie without using an electric appliance! Yes this item is bigger than those small potato ricers. Yet I have space in a corner cabinet that is perfect. I have used it several times in the last month. High quality construction.
