Vollrath N3411 Description
Constructed of stainless steel, the Vollrath N3411 frying pan is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. The aluminum-clad bottom is highly heat conductive, and the pan is coated in a nonstick agent to reduce food waste. To help users distribute food and carry the pan, it's fitted with a welded, non-insulated handle that stays cool to the touch. This unit measures 11 inches in diameter by 2 1⁄4 inches high.
