Vollrath HFM-36 Description
The Vollrath HFM-36 heated display case is a metal unit with glass sides for visibility that draws the attention of patrons. Both the slanted front and straight back have sliding doors to enable access for staff and customers, and the case is equipped with three adjustable wire shelves that allow hot air to circulate all sides of the displayed foods. The doors can be locked when the display case is not in use to prevent tampering and theft.
For customer visibility, the Vollrath HFM-36 heated display case’s interior is illuminated with LED lights. The heat is thermostatically controlled and uses a baffle to evenly distribute warm air so contents remain fresh. The user can set the temperature between 95 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit also has a centrally placed water pan that works to keep the humidity high and preserve food texture. The full unit measures 36 inches wide by 20 1⁄8 inches deep by 23 3⁄4 inches high.
