Vollrath HFM-26 Description
The black Vollrath HFM-26 countertop heated display case features a glass back, front, and sides for clear visibility and interior LED lighting to draw customer attention. The case is equipped with a centrally located water pan that works to keep the contents humid and fresh, and it can be accessed from the front and back through sliding glass doors for stocking and self-service. These doors have a locking feature that reduces tampering or theft.
The Vollrath HFM-26 countertop hot food merchandiser comes equipped with a specially designed baffle for even heating and features three adjustable shelves. These shelves are wired and leave space for warm air to circulate around all sides of contained food. The heating system in this unit works to keep the internal temperature at a set level between 95 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The full unit measures 26 inches wide by 20 1⁄8 inches deep by 23 3⁄4 inches high.
