Vollrath GGMDM-60 Description
The Vollrath GGMDM-60 gas griddle is a countertop unit made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The full unit measures 60 1⁄5 inches wide by 27 3⁄8 inches deep by 12 inches high and has a cooking surface measuring 59 7⁄10 inches wide by 20 1⁄2 inches deep. The griddle sits on four stainless steel legs that can be adjusted from 4 inches tall to 5 1⁄2 inches tall.
This Vollrath GGMDM-60 gas griddle is designed to operate using either natural gas or propane. It is set up to use natural gas, but it comes with a conversion kit to switch to propane if needed. The temperature can be easily controlled using metal knobs that are protected with heavy-duty knob guards. The front piece of the griddle stays cool for user safety, and the cooking surface is protected by a backsplash and side splashes to protect surrounding surfaces and equipment. Excess grease during cooking falls into the drip pan for later removal.
