The Vollrath CT4BH-2081400 conveyor toaster can be used for almost any baked good, from sandwich bread and English muffins to bagels and buns, with an opening that adjusts from 1 1⁄2 inches to 3 inches tall to accommodate all these options. Because it can hold three items side by side, it has a high-volume capacity at 1,400 slices per hour. Toast brownness is determined by conveyor speed, set by users, and the longer the toast is in the toasting chamber, the browner it gets. Operator can change the heat to operate on one side or two sides, as one-sided toasting is ideal for buns and bagels.
This Vollrath CT4BH-2081400 bun and bagel conveyor toaster is made of stainless and aluminized steel—materials that resist corrosion, scratches, and dents. Because of insulated wiring, the durable unit resists cracking and dry rotting. With high-temperature thermoplastic terminal blocks, the toaster has strong connections that ease the maintenance process.
