Vollrath CT4-220800 Description
Designed for all bread types, the Vollrath CT4-220800 horizontal conveyor toaster can produce 800 slices in an hour. Its conveyor opening is 1 1⁄2 inches tall, and with a 10 1⁄2-inch width, the interior fits two slices of bread side by side. After items are loaded on the conveyor, they move through the chamber to get toasted. Operators can adjust how much the slices are toasted by changing the conveyor's speed, and the longer the product is in the toaster, the darker it will get.
Inside the chamber, forced convection evenly generates heat, ensuring uniform toasting results throughout multiple batches. The fan control switch monitors the temperature and keeps the fan running until the chamber is cooled down. Because the Vollrath CT4-220800 commercial conveyor toaster is made of stainless, aluminized steel, it resists corrosion and scratches, and its legs can be adjusted to keep it stable on the countertop. To resist cracking and dry rotting, the high-quality wires are insulated, while the drive chain and bearings are designed to not need lubrication, which reduces maintenance requirements.
