Vollrath CM4-24035 Description
Great for baking cheese on nachos, sandwiches, and garlic bread, the Vollrath CM4-24035 electric cheese melter is equipped with metal-sheathed heating elements to distributeheat. This unit includes a 15-minute timer and will enter an energy-saving standby mode if its plate does not detect anything on the rack. This mode can save as much as 75 percent of power when not in use.
Constructed of durable stainless steel, the Vollrath CM4-24035 features a compact body measuring 35 1⁄8 inches wide by 14 3⁄8 inches deep by 14 3⁄4 inches high. It's designed for countertop placement and sits on four legs to enable airflow and reduce the risk of overheating. Designed with versatility in mind, its wire shelf can be moved to one of five possible positions to accommodate variously sized items.
