Vollrath 78640 Description
The Vollrath 78640 stock pot stands up through high-volume use because of its 18/8 stainless steel construction and its arc-sprayed, aluminum-clad bottom, which provides even heating while cooking. To help carry this large, 60-quart pot while it's full, loop handles are welded onto each side. Because of its versatility, this pot can be used to cook vegetables or create soups and sauces.
